Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had a nice view but was noisy due to street sounds. The thermostat was a bit tricky to control. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit forgettable at times. The location was excellent for exploring historical areas. The dining options were varied but not always consistent. Overall, it was a decent choice, especially for a short stopover.
The hotel has some ups and downs. Despite the rooms not being very soundproof and needing refurbishment, they still surprised me for a city hotel. The dated decor was a bit of a setback. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, even showing me how to make English Tea. However, some staff members seemed clueless about tourist sites in the area. The location was just perfect for exploring the town, within walking distance of key spots. In terms of dining, the food was a mix - sometimes fulfilling, other times lacking quality and variety. The facilities were decent, although there were some room for improvements.
